07/22/2022

Two Sheldon residents are being held in the Vernon County jail after a traffic stop led to the seizure of suspected methamphetamines. Vernon County Sheriff Jason Mosher said detectives with his office made a traffic stop near the 300 block of North Osage Blvd Wednesday morning and requested a K-9 unit to respond. During the stop, K-9 Creed alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle. The suspected illegal drugs were then seized and two people placed under arrest.

The suspects in the case have been identified as 33-year-old Ashley Danner and 40-year-old Daniel Hall, both of Sheldon MO. Danner and Hall were charged on Thursday with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and are being held in the Vernon County Jail with no bond.
